2026 Partnership Invitation
Invitation to Continue Our ExploreMore! Partnership in 2026
Dear ExploreMore Partner,
We hope this email finds you well.
As we plan for the coming year, we are writing to invite you to continue your valuable partnership in the Hanford Mills Museum ExploreMore! regional promotions program for 2026 for Barnyard Swing.
Since 2021, the program has successfully cross-promoted your organization to thousands of visitors and locals through hanfordmills.org. However, due to external pressures regarding grant funding and the necessary investment required for digital updates (including critical SEO revisions to address recent search engine changes), we are transitioning to a modest annual contribution model.
Our letter outlining the necessity for this transition and the strategy for 2026 can be viewed HERE.
We have extended our deadline to April 30, 2026.
We deeply value your participation and look forward to continuing to promote your organization as part of our efforts to strengthen our regional community. If a financial contribution is not possible, please reach out to us directly so we can discuss options for your continued involvement.
