The Bluestone restaurant is a partnership between the SUNY Delhi Hospitality Management Department and the College Association at Delhi, Inc. (CADI). The restaurant location offers breathtaking views of the course and rolling foothills of the Catskill Mountains, Bluestone serves as a progressive learning laboratory that bridges classroom learning with industry experience.

COVID-19 Protocols: We closely follow NYS and CDC guidelines. We are using disposable menus, sanitize the entire facility every evening, clean tables between patrons. Our staff wears masks, is tested weekly, in addition to daily temperature checks and health check forms.
